Hi,
I'm having a problem regarding authentication using ntlm, winbind and
wb_group. Some users will get access denied to the cache, eventhough
they are in the correct nt groups. All command line tests (wb_auth and
wb_group) return OK. After some time (2 or 3 hours) the user starts
accessing it allright. That's weird. I'm guessing it's the number of
helpers, but I'm not sure.
I'm using 15 children on each ntlm and basic authentication programs. I
created another acl external to double the number of wb_group helpers,
but still I get the same answer to some users.
A piece of the log:
1055853150.158 2 172.28.4.189 TCP_DENIED/403 1363 GET
http://www.terra.com.br/ procergsjucara-donato NONE/- text/html
Question:
What's the relation between the number of helpers and the numbers of
users accessing the cache? We have somewhere 800 users and use 15 ntlm
processes.
Thanx in advance,
Isnard
