I don't find this directory either..

# whereis libexec
libexec: /usr/local/libexec
# cd /usr/local/libexec
# dir
# whereis lib
lib: /usr/local/lib /usr/share/man/man3/lib.3pm.gz
# cd /usr/local/lib
# dir
#

any suggestion ?
