There is a good selection of log analyzers linked from the Squid home
page. Quite likely some of these can give the information you are
looking for.

If not writing a new tool in awk or a similar processing language
should be pretty easy once you have fully defined what information it
is you want to see. (note to those who have not programmed: it is
not as hard as it may seem at first)
