Dear all squid gurus,
I am using squid 2.5 stable with wccp v2.
i am using a proxy server with windows and about 50 clients now the problem
is that when i use the proxy server wihout the squid cache it is consuming
very less bandwidth and when i use squid with wccp v2 and my router forwards
all the port 80 request of the proxy server to the squid , the squid is
using a lot of bandwidth.
This i found out with netflow an ip accounting software.
202.152.128.25 77.64 kb/s --------->> my proxy server utilization
202.152.128.2 258.64 kb/s------------->>>my squid cache utilization
Why my squid is using more bandwidth instead it should save bandwidth pls
solve this mystery.
