[squid-users] Large list of ACL IP subnets.

What would be the best way to handle large ip ranges?

I currently have delay pools setup, but would like to modify them to allow
user
going to local sites (in the country) to more bandwidth than if they were to
go
to international sites, and then a select few users has full bandwidth
access.

I have a list ( about a 50-100 subnets ) that are deemed local.
To setup 50 - 100 delay_access ACLs times the amount user groups I have is a
bit
cumbersome, can I somehow put all the subnets in one ACL and then use that
ACL in
delay_access?
