Hi,

My first time posting to this mailing list :-)

Are you getting an access denied error?

From the Squid configuration page
(http://squid.visolve.com/squid24s1/access_controls.htm#http_access), the
default is:

http_access allow manager localhost
http_access deny manager
http_access deny !Safe_ports
http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports
http_access deny all
Notice how there's a "deny all" line at the end? I think you need to change
that to "allow all" or create another access line specifying the list of IP
addresses or clients that will connect to your proxy server.

Hope that helps,
