[squid-users] delay_pool not used?

Hi,

I just have this on my delay_pools, as you can see, that network and
Individual are not used yet, why? I have configured this last three days
ago...

Delay pools configured: 1

Pool: 1
        Class: 3

        Aggregate:
                Max: 16000
                Restore: 16000
                Current: 16000

        Network:
                Max: 8000
                Rate: 8000
                Current: Not used yet.

        Individual:
                Max: 64000
                Rate: 600
                Current [All networks]: Not used yet.

Memory Used: 329008 bytes
