[squid-users] squid hangs at startup on 32 bit machine

Hello all,
  
   I've compiled squid for both 32 bit and 64 bit
   machines(HP-UX PA machine).
  
          
   It works fine in 64bit machine, but hangs in 32 bit
   machine.
  
   i.e
  
   on 32 bit machine, squid runs fine, but when we
send
   request it hangs
  
   "HTTP request sent: waiting for response."
  
   Plz help asap.
