Well, I don't see any reason for the delay. Here's all the "http_access"
references I've got. Note that the logged TCP_DENIED I posted previously
are the result of the 2nd "http_access" in this list:

http_access deny xupiter
http_access deny imrworldwide
http_access deny hotbar
http_access allow snydernet
http_access allow manager localhost
http_access deny manager
http_access deny !Safe_ports
http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports
http_access allow localhost
http_access deny all

I assume from your question that the denial times I'm seeing are unusually
lengthy?

Thanks.
