What makes you think it does not work?

Make a request to the first chain in the link, and verify that it
reaches the last chain like expected. For example by requesting
http://devel.squid-cache.org/cgi-bin/test or
http://marasystems.com/test which gives you detailed information
about the request as seen on the Internet.
