hello guys,

here is a Squid 2.5S2, on FreeBSD-4.8.
there was an upgrade, at last weekend, from 4.7 to 4.8. Squid
binari wasn't recompile - (may be) it creates many problems, so,
i recompiled it yesterday.

the new problem, what i don't understand:
Squid runs correctly - it seems -, i use msnt_auth to
authenticate our users, there is 20 running auth process, and
usually Squid uses 2-3 auth process (it seems in cachemgr.cgi)

suddenly, users can't browse - Squid asks them user/password
pairs, again, and again, and again...

in access.log are just many TCP_DENIED messages.

in cache.log are just not relevant messages (imho):
- many "fqdncacheParse: No PTR record" messages
- many "comm_accept: FD 9: (53) Software caused connection abort, httpAccept: FD 9: accept failure: (53) Software caused connection abort" messages

here are some user (example: admins), who doesn't require to
authenticate itself - they can to browse.

when i reload Squid, the problem resolved for few hours - then
starts it again. :(

what may be the problem?

thanks:
air
