We're going to need a little more information to help you:

- What is the IP address of your Squid box and your web server?
- How do these networks connect to your Squid box?
- Are these two networks connected? If so, how?
- What acl and http_access lines do you have in your squid.conf
- The net 10.100 cannot access your web server - can 100.100?
