It is possible to use LMT factors larger than 100%. But it is recommended
to not go above 50%, except maybe for images.

The LMT factor is a percentage of the object age (time since last
modification). A LMT factor of 500% says that Squid should assume the
object will not change within 5 times it's current age. (i.e. if modified
1 hour ago, Squid should assume it won't change for another 5 hours)
