[squid-users] Squid cannot run ncsa_auth process

I've got FreeBSD 5 and Squid 2.5 Stable 3 on it.
I try to make ncsa-based authentication and got this message in
cache.log:
WARNING: Cannot run '/usr/local/squid/libexec/ncsa_auth' process
squid.conf has these lines:
auth_param basic program /usr/local/squid/libexec/ncsa_auth
/usr/local/squid/etc/passwd
Access rights are:
ls -l passwd
-rwxr-xr-x 1 nobody nogroup 53 Aug 12 09:42 passwd
ls -l ncsa_auth
-rwxr-xr-x 1 nobody nogroup 51106 Aug 12 09:41 ncsa_auth
What's wrong?
Authorization doesn't work. Tried to use smb_auth. Same problem...
