Thank you all for the help!

I have decided to implement squid... simple squid with acl to my network behind an iptables firewall.
I somehow learned to use iptables on its own with your help as well.

At first squid wasn't running properly behind a firewall. It was a mere configuration problem with iptables.
Now they both work properly.

Thank you very much for all the help I got including those who gave me help with iptables as well.
