I just found out what the problem is, only I cannot solve it immediatly.

the problem lies with that I don't allow User-Agent headers.
I want to allow User-Agent headers, but only from hotmail.com (or is it
hotmail.msn.com). how can I achieve this?

acl hotmail srcdomain .hotmail.msn.com
header_access User-Agent allow hotmail

this doesn't seem to work :(

Best regards,
Jan
