[squid-users] setting up a blacklist

Hello all,

I'm a squid newbie trying to use a blacklist and am having some problems:

Squid brings my dual Xeon Dell to it's knees on startup and shutdown.
One thing that might help is if my system had more RAM (only 128 meg)
but that'll have to wait. I think I've got some squid.conf configuration
issues, but pooring over on-line docs reveals the solution NOT.

Here are the relevant squid.conf items:

acl porn dstdom_regex "/usr/share/squid/blacklists/porn/urls"
acl porn dstdom_regex "/usr/share/squid/blacklists/porn/domains"
acl porn "/usr/share/squid/blacklists/porn/expressions"
deny_info ERR_NO_PORNO porn
http_access deny porn

and the files:
-rw-rw-r-- 1 bill bill 807446 Sep 3 19:16 domains
-rw-rw-r-- 1 bill bill 802 Jun 17 2002 expressions
-rw-rw-r-- 1 bill bill 746410 Sep 3 19:28 urls

Here's a top (well .. the top part of it):
