Is that a typo, or are you really running a 2.3 release?
If you really meant 2.3, then you should upgrade to 2.5 - there are
countless bug fixes, one of which may address your problem (you can
check the ChangeLog to see). Even 2.4 has been unsupported for over a
year (except by paid contract).
