You need to remove the sub-directories within your Squid cache before
running "squid -z". But remember that Squid doesn't just fill up and stop -
older stuff will get moved out to make room for newer objects.

The disk space of Squid server has already been exhausted.
I want to zeroize cache files. I just run "squid -z", no effect,
