If it is a single page then the reload button should do this, unless you
have taken measures to block the use of the reload button or are violating
standards by running a transparently intercepting proxy.
From your email it looks like the Squid server is intentionally configured
to ignore reload requests. This is not a default configuration and the
documentation clearly warns that using such directives is not recommended.
