I've be trying to do this configuration, but, I still not get another situation like "freezee". I'm still tring ...

see the process now:

$ [root@srv1 /root]# ps axf |grep squid |grep -v grep
$ 6359 ? SN 0:00 /usr/sbin/squid -D
$ 6366 ? SN 0:16 \_ (squid) -D
$ 6875 ? SN 0:00 \_ (squidGuard) -c /etc/squid/squidguard.conf
$ 6876 ? SN 0:00 \_ (squidGuard) -c /etc/squid/squidguard.conf
$ 6877 ? SN 0:00 \_ (squidGuard) -c /etc/squid/squidguard.conf
