I had troubles with settings on my firewall. It truncated part of URL and
squid never received the whole information. After fixing it on the
firewall not to play with URL it worked BP.

Did you ever figure out the problem that you were having with Squid and
"Zero Sized Reply" messages from hotmail? How did you fix it. I have the
same problem.
