[squid-users] www.aol.co.uk sign on not working

Hi
    I have a problem that has arisen since implementing squid proxying,
users are unable to sign into www.aol.co.uk, they get presented with a page
that says:
 

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http:443

The following error was encountered:

        Unable to determine IP address from host name for http

The dnsserver returned:

        Name Error: The domain name does not exist.

This means that:

Does anybody know what is causing this? And how to resolve it? You can enter
anything into the username and password boxes in order to be able to test
this.
