[squid-users] Failback of NTLM

Hi!

I have setup squid 2.5STABLE4 with NTLM authentication (using ntlm_auth helper).
Acutally, here's what I itended to do:

Some users identified my username from NTLM (that are on domain) get higher speeds via delay pools, rest lower.
It all seems to work OK, but I have one problem:
If for some reason NTLM challenge fails it asks for login/password. This shouldn't happen (ie. I don't ise NTLM for authentication of users to allow proxy access, but more for 'identification' and to use for delay pools for specific users).

How can I just let squid use NTLM, and in case there is no NTLM to failback and just let them go thru, while writing for user NONE/- or just - ?
