Most likely there is a syntax error in your configuration file. Try asking
Squid to check if the configuration is valid:
squid -k parse
> squid version : 2.4 stable
I think you need to upgrade for acl control in reply_body_max_size.. if my
memory is correct Squid-2.4 only supported a single global limit.
