Thanks!

I found the one DNS server (192.168.0.2), running Windows Server 2003 was
not able to resolve all DNS queries. I removed it from the DNS server list,
and now everything is working fine!

Verify that ALL your specified DNS servers can resolve Internet domains
properly.

The error indicates one of the specified DNS servers could not resolve
the name and returned a terminal error code.
