[squid-users] Access Control configuration prevents your request

Hi All,
In the ACL section of my squid.conf file I have port 7101 allowed, but when
I try to connect to a remote site
siteapp.ancheimservices.ie:7101
I am getting a access denied. Access Control configuration prevents your
request.
It's working fine when I bypass the proxy.
Am I missing something?
