Unfortunately MS-Exchange-OWA, when running behind a SSL accelerator or
SSL-handling reverse-proxy, REQUIRES the SSL engine to inject into the HTTP
request the non-standard "Front-End-Https" HTTP header, which squid right
now doesn't support.
Unfortunately the only way to add it is to hand-patch the squid sources.
