By the way, shouldnt this be a default action in squid? If a peer asks
file from a parent for fetching, then the parent shouldnt ask from the
same peer if it has the file or shouldnt try to fetch from the same peer
since obviously the peer doesnt have the file and wants to fetch from that
specific parent?
