It MAY work if you evaluate the same acl in http_access, but there is no
guarantees. Even if it does seem to work there is still races when the ttl
of the lookup expires.

Squid-3.0 is not yet ready for production use.

Squid-3.0 does support external lookups in http_reply_access.
