Ok.
        You did not increase the file descriptors (1024 only).
If you have use ulimit -HSn 8192 means,
Check cache.config will be as
${ac_dA}SQUID_MAXFD${ac_dB}SQUID_MAXFD${ac_dC}8192${ac_dD}
${ac_uA}SQUID_MAXFD${ac_uB}SQUID_MAXFD${ac_uC}8192${ac_uD}
${ac_eA}SQUID_MAXFD${ac_eB}SQUID_MAXFD${ac_eC}8192${ac_eD}

To increase the redirector process see the TAG redirect_children
Default: redirect_children 5
Increase more to get rid off the error!
