THis indicates one of the following

 a) No space left on the partition where Squid log files resides
 b) One of the log files have hit the magic 2GB filesize limit
 c) No space left on the partition where swap.state resides

The usual cause is that log rotation have not been configured, causing the
log files to grow infinitely over time.
