Probably you are using a url_regex acl where you should use a dstdomain
acl.

url_regex expects regular expression patterns, and matches these patterns
to any component of the URL, not only the host name.

dstdomain is a acl type specifically designed for matching host and domain
names, and very efficient at it too.
