What I have is:

acl fderror src 0.0.0.0/0

http_access deny ADVERTISE fderror

deny_info http://216.19.43.110/cgi-bin/squidsearch/FD_Handler.cgi?url=%s
fderror

I am using squid-3.0-PRE3, so the patches didn't apply. correct?

One thing though, I am not sure how the acl for fderror is suppose to
trigger on a Forward Denied situation.
