[squid-users] Stopping multiple HTTP downloads ?

Hello,

Is there a way to stop multiple HTTP downloads ? I would like to use one of the
following:

1. Max 2 http downloads per internal work station
2. Max 2 http downloads per external site

or maybe limit the amount of traffic per user ?
