Yes, I found that in docs, and sources too, however I'd like to change
that behaviour (send enhancement bug again?)

I have not set visible_hostname, that's it. I have neither set
unique_hostname so I'd like to know where squid gets its hostname.

The only hint I do have, is that squid translates IP address mentioned in
http_port as proxy1.nextra.sk (cachemgr output says that), so this should
be used as visible_adddres and unique_address too.
