Yes. See tcp_outgoing_address.

Squid is a HTTP proxy, not a video player.

Squid will proxy any streming protocol which supports HTTP tunneling mode.
Streaming protocols without a HTTP tunneling mode needs specific proxies
and won't work with Squid.
