Implement such session function in the browser. With the availability of
Mozilla extending the browser is nowdays a realistic alternative if the
"vendor provided" browser lacks functions needed, which boils down to one
of the corner stones of free software.

There is no session between Squid and the browser. The only login type
session that exists is within the browser. There is very little the proxy
can do to influence this.

An alternative is as has been discussed recently to not use HTTP proxy
authentication and perform the authentication by other means, for example
a web form which authenticates the users station (IP address) to the proxy
for a certain period of time.
