This is not supposed to happen, at least not if your cache is reasonably
large.

If your cache is very small then there is cases where downloads of very
large objects can cause this situation unless you make sure to not cache
very large objects (see squid.conf).

This patch is part of 2.3.STABLE4 and later, not of interest if you are
