[squid-users] having problems with some domains

Hi everybody i'm having problems with some domains specially the banks and
other pages the don't actualize fast enough one example was if i go direct
for dell i get some offers and if i go trought the caches i get and old
offer.

I understand that i can go direct for some sites with something like this

acl hotmail dstdomain .hotmail.com
always_direct allow hotmail

but if my list of domains is big how can i do only one acl?
or i have to do one acl for each domain ?
and after that changes in my squid.conf do i need clean the caches to go
direct for this sites?
