Create two acl....

acl block dstdomain .example.com #dot before example is necessary#
acl ip src a.b.c.d

Match for both and deny the http access
http_access deny block ip

I hope this will do.

 to some specific machines. i.e.

  machine: a.b.c.d, a.b.c.d1, a.b.c2.d etc

Can you tell me appropriate ACL for this
