acl files urlpath_regex -i \.zip$ \.exe$ \.avi$ \.mp3$

delay_access 1 deny unlimited
delay_access 1 deny clients-big
delay_access 1 allow files
delay_access 1 deny all

delay_access 2 deny unlimited
delay_access 2 deny clients-low
delay_access 2 allow files
delay_access 2 deny all
