Why does it matter?

If you really want to know, for the ufs class of stores (ufs, aufs, diskd)
a straigt map from index number to file is used. The file with index
numnber 00001454 is stored in cache_dir/00/14/54

The reason to the RAM usage is not this. The reason to the RAM usage is
that Suqid keeps in RAM a hash table of the cached object URLs mapping
them to their current index number.
