Nice.. Microsoft finally manage to resurrect an old bug of Netscape ;-)

This is a browser security bug, causing it to under some conditions send
the https request unencrypted over an already established http connection.

You can probably work around the issue by setting
"client_persistent_connections off" in squid.conf, or maybe (worked in
case of Netscape) by configuring different proxy settings for different
protocols in the browser proxy settings.
