 It depends what you mean with 'all other requests goes direct' ?
 Do you mean not using the transparent squid ?

 If so, can only be handled at the frontend which intercepts and
 sends requests to squid, usally a router. Where you then
 will need an exclusion list (albeit negated or nor not).
