There is a software called "squint" (search google or there should be a link
on Squid's site).

This software makes a very cool Web site that shows you each user's IP
address, and what their usage is in minutes or kilobytes, and all the sites
they went to.

You need to have Apache or some other Web server installed for it to work.

I use it and it works well.
