All working great!
cache_peer_access not only did the trick it helped me lock the other
sites down as well.

This does not solve your problem. You need to use cache_peer_access as

instructed in my first response.

The order of cache_peer lines is only relevant when defining redundant

servers. It has no revelance on what kind of requests should be sent
where.
