Thanks for your helps. I have solve the problem by using a squid binary
version for aix. http://aixpdslib.seas.ucla.edu/
ftp://aixpdslib.seas.ucla.edu/pub/squid/RISC/5.1/exec/squid.2.5.STABLE4.tar.Z

This binary version can work and does not core dump when client try to
connect. I am not sure what's cause the squid that I complied core dump .
Maybe it is caused by the GCC or libs of the system.
Hope the future version squid can solve this problem.
