Hi Elsen,

After a squid restart, i get this:

"2004/09/29 11:43:51| Accepting HTTP connections at 10.10.2.250, port
3128, FD 16.
2004/09/29 11:43:51| commBind: Cannot bind socket FD 17 to
10.10.2.250:3128: (98) Address already in use
2004/09/29 11:43:51| Accepting ICP messages at 0.0.0.0, port 3130, FD 17."

The first and the second lines, seems a little bit contraditory !?!?
