[squid-users] block urls and files in squid

Hi i wish to know how can i block some url like private.com or playboy.com by
url address and also by some keyword teen,sex,bottom,etc.
Also i wish to block .mp3 and .mpeg, .mov,.avi etc.
Anyone can help me with this?
